We want you to be fully satisfied with your audio experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all premium headphones and accessories. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, we provide a streamlined process for full refunds or product exchanges.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack the Hardware
Place the headphones and all original accessories, including cables and ear tips, back into the original retail packaging to ensure safe transit and full refund eligibility.
- 3.Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
